I've been running PPSSPP on my galaxy note 4 for awhile now. I ordered a new sdcard and was disappointed to find out it was a fake. I recently got another sdcard that is good. But I cleared my recents list when I was setting it up. And now my recent list keeps clearing itself every time I close PPSSPP. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling PPSSPP with no success. I do have PPSSPP gold.

Have you tried to reset settings to default ?

Is this with 1.0 or 1.0.1 ? Because there may have been a bug in 1.0 regarding this

It's version 1.0.1, and I just tried resetting defaults. That Doesn't seem to work either.

Actually, I think it might have worked. After I reset the defaults it didn't seem to work. But I rebooted my phone after that and now the list seems to be holding up.

UUUGGGHHH!!! Kinda is and isn't working, some stay and some don't.
