Need help...

Hi,

I'm new to this, and am having an issue and need some help.
I downloaded 9.9.1 and every time that I try to open PPSSPP (64 or otherwise)
I get this error.

"The application was unable to start correctly (0cx000007b). Click OK to close the application."

I have updated my drivers, and downloaded the file that the main PPSSPP site says is necessary, but to no avail.

Make sure that you have the Visual C++ 2013 runtime installed

Also, if you have Windows 7 install SP1.
