You didn't understand what I mean, man. The "FPS" that PCSX2 uses, is the same as "%" on PPSSPP. If you use fraps, you will see that the 60 FPS is "fake", because the most games run at 30 FPS, some at 60 FPS, but no all. Do you understand now?
