Windows 7 64bit, Intel i5 4570 (using the integrated hd4600 gpu because I have no dedicated gpu) Is this happening because of the gpu? or the drivers? Just thought I'd post this and maybe get some help.

Did you tried to delete emulator and all confing files and download it once more? It could be a problem with settings or your graphic drivers.

Yeah I actually tried two versions of the emulator. Also thinking it's the driver...
