Dissidia cannot autosave on my phone

When I try to autosave on Dissidia on my phone, or manual save, it says that it cannot. When I try to data install, it says that it can't because the Memory Stick has been removed. Someone help!

NOTE: I fixed this problem by messing around with and fixing the files. However, whenever I set up the prologue for Dissidia Final Fantasy in Story Mode, it stays on a white screen. Please help!
