This is my chipset: Intel® 82945G Express Chipset Family, and screenshot of GPU-Z in the attachment, can I play it, bro?

Not unless you're willing to wait for the DirectX backend, or buying a new graphics card, no. That card only supports OpenGL 1.4, and PPSSPP requires 2.0/2.1.
