Voices not Working

If this is the wrong place to post my thread, please let me know!

I'm currently playing a Japanese PSP game called Hanayaka Nari Waga Ichizoku.

However, even with using the latest PSP emulator, the voices are not working. The BGM and music work fine, but the voices don't work at all. Does anyone know of a previous version that may work or how to fix this?

The thing is,other games that are similar to this one (psp otome games) work fine, it's just this one that has the problem with voices.
