What is the best configuration for play in full screen HD 1920x1080?

well i decide play persona 3 in this emulator and i need help with the graphics pixels in full screen,i need a configuration for have the max quality in this emulator for all games,i have the versión 0.9.8(and this versión not have sound plugin atrac)

my list of games for play is
3 birthday para site eve
crisis core final fantasy and others
all persona games
metal gear series

what is the best configuration for quality graphics?shader fxaa is the more best?3x upscale and resolution 3psp is ok?

thanks you i check and enable the options of post but not all i check nice speed in persona 3 and a few better graphics but the scenarios have Little pixels or the game have this type of scenarios?
