Never used that program before but such big program for such simple task looks like overkill to me.

RE: AT3 to WAV\MP3?
You're right, so maybe it's possible to only keep the converter part of the program ?

RE: AT3 to WAV\MP3?
I can also just record it while it's running(using the MiniPlayer in the at3plusdecoder page)but I prefer something small that can do it quickly

FFMPEG will get support for it as soon as Maxims patches are accepted. This will be the easiest way and a command line tool as you wanted.
here you can keep track of it:

RE: AT3 to WAV\MP3?
You can use foobar2000 with the vgmstream component as well. It's pretty simple. After foobar is installed and set up and you've downloaded the component, go to File -> Preferences -> Components, click install and point it to where you saved the component. Then add your AT3 files to the playlist, right-click and choose convert. WAV should be the selected output format by default. You can also do a broad range of other formats with custom-tailored interfaces for each codec, provided you've got the command line encoders, so you don't have to use giant WAV files for your lossy AT3 audio. There's a free encoder pack you can use for that.

RE: AT3 to WAV\MP3?
Foobar again...when will they add full support for couple of formats...that's the only reason I don't use it(I use xmplay instead)

ADX,PSF,PSF2,MINIPSF,NFS,VGM,VGZ,2sf
The last time I tried it,it wasn't looping ADX and maybe the PSF formats(I don't remember about the other)

RE: AT3 to WAV\MP3?
It certainly should. ADX is played through vgmstream for which you can configure the number of loops before fading. PSF/PSF2 (alternate component for just PSF with different, sometimes-better-sometimes-worse sound quality here) and 2SF will play with their respective plugins for as long as they're tagged to play (unfortunately you can't edit that in foobar for some reason; I keep around Winamp for when I want to edit length/fade tags). NSF is included in the Game Emu Player component and you can either play an NSFe as it is tagged to play, use a playlist that specifies length and fade times, or set a default length for untagged NSFs. VGM and VGZ are also covered by Game Emu Player. The other formats you didn't mention like SPC, SSF, DSF, USF, GSF, NCSF, etc. have components for their playback too.

RE: AT3 to WAV\MP3?
Dodgy u just rename the extension to wav. at3 is a type of wav Wink So, simple put SND0.AT3 is now SND0.WAV It took me for ever to figure this out. I searched for so long to know this, that I almost gave up. My thnx goes to the old psp.iso, with out the old forum I would not of got this simple fix. A very few are encoded in a way that it makes win media player sad so use vlc. I hope this helps.

RE: AT3 to WAV\MP3?
ATRAC3 is definitely not a kind of wav. But nowadays ffmpeg does indeed support it.
