Can't use builds

Hey I'm a newbie here so pardon my ignorance, but whenever I go to use a build I downloaded for windows, I get the message "failed to load ui_atlas_zim. Place the file in the assets directory" The problem is the file is already in the directory. What do I do?

Are you using 0.9 by chance? 0.9 was really messed up in how it detects its own directories.

If you're not already, make sure you're getting your builds of PPSSPP from either here(for development builds) or here(for stable releases).
