would it be possible to put this on a playstation vita?? I know u can play psp games but they look like trash it would be amazing to be able to play psp iso s in full hd on a vita. Id actually pay so much money

For develop an app to an console, need know about the console, and PS Vita is an new console, and not know much about that.

Not only that, but there's no [public] exploit for its native mode, and it's unlikely to ever be released. If you can get your hands on an older Vita with the ability to run e-CFW, just use that.
