I want to play PPSSPP in samsung galaxy y!

I try to use ppsspp emulator in my sgy Gt-sg530...i search a game and i found the sonic rivals 2..And when i load the game my cp hangs so i take out the battery to shutdown and put back..but when i try to open my cp it get stuck always on the samsung logo...I think my mistake is not trying the cube.elf file first instead of loading a game first...I boot my cp so i can use my cp again..

but i found a thread in forum that also uses samsung galaxy y and use the cube.elf first but his/her sgy had the same situation with my cp...

i have a game now and i think if i play load a game again the same situation before will happen again to my cp...


Is there a way to play PPSSPP in SGY?(I really want to play psp games on cp)

Can you explain to me step by step?Plz...

I believe the Galaxy Y is a little too low powered to run PPSSPP. It only has 290MB of RAM. The probable reason why it hangs is because it can't power the emulator with the game loaded. Plus the processor is I think should be at least dualcore.

ppsspp requires only 100 mb ram..

It could be a problem though... even though you got 290 mb ram the system hogs a large chunk of it, so maybe uninstall most other apps to see if it makes a difference.

You need to turn off buffring render
use dynarec"jit" and fast memory on the system settings
and it well run fine i have an armv 6 and it work some games in playbal speed like

lord of arcana 28~42fps ; digimon re 45~60 fps; naruto kazuna drive, ..some 2d games

for the buffring render its on the graphics settings on ppsspp

and dynarec on the system settings on ppssspp

armv6 its the architecture of you phone's cpu

armv7 and neon are the new architectures used in smartphone

so your cpu may not run games full speed
