Converting Games Installed/Updated on PSP to .ISO?

So recently, I noticed that PPSSPP doesn't seem to play .PBP files anymore, which is annoying but whatever. As a result, though, it means games installed on the PSP don't quite work.

Anyway, I was wondering if anyone knew of a way to convert a game and it's updates from the .PBP and the related files into an ISO that I could use either on my PSP or on PPSSPP. My own attempts at google have pulled up nothing particularly helpful on this front.

eboot.pbp games work fine if they are decrypted(homebrew/demo)
you just need to place them in their own folder in /PSP/GAME/ on your memory card or internal storage.
