Nope, the thread you mentioned is related to the US version of the game while this thread is for the Japanese version

ULJS00004 is actually not The Legend of Heroes 3, its actually The Legend of Heroes II: Prophecy of the Moonlight Witch JPN.
And its working fine on the newest build. The thread should be renamed and moved to playable.

There may be some confusion since the releases were numbered differently in their original Japanese releases.

Eiyū Densetsu III: Shiroki Majo was released as The Legend of Heroes II: Prophecy of the Moonlight Witch. So technically, this is Eiyū Densetsu 3 in Japan.

FWIW, A Tear of Vermillion is 4 (1 in the US version), and Song of the Ocean is 5 (3 in the US version.) So this is technically the first of the PSP releases. Even more confusing than with Final Fantasy, right?
