This is a 4x A.I upscale of Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Heroes 3 made using HDCube4Plus with very little hand-touching.

-I played this game 100%.

-everything is complete.

-all images were upscale using only HDCube4Plus.

-I made two versions, one using Xnconvert which converted the images into 8-bit colors and another using Adobe Photoshop which converted the images into 24-bit colors, choose the one you think is best.

-the textures are organized in folders by height and width size, and also put the dump for those who want to make their own textures

ps:This was the texture pack I enjoyed working on the least, because in my opinion it didn’t turn out very well. The original textures are already quite ugly, and the upscaling only makes that more noticeable. On top of that, there weren’t many good textures that could be reused in multiple places. I usually only edit textures when the game itself has a better one that can be repurposed, and since that wasn’t the case here, this pack ended up being mostly just upscaling.
