Open/Close dialog windows in full screen mode
On windows the open/close dialog windows appear under the full screen mode. They get focus yet are under the full screen PPSSPP . Might just be my system. If so maybe someone knows How I can fix my system. Or, it could be a problem with PPSSPP. Should I add an Issue on Google code? Or is it a known issue I didn't know about? Either way please help.
