Questions about PPSSPP and RetroArch

New to emulation on iOS so I may be asking stupid questions for some. I’m sorry. Just looking for help.

In regard to PPSSPP, I know it runs PSP games. However the directions given through the app are for using a Mac Computer. I have a Windows computer and am using my iPhone. How exactly do I move PSP game files to the app properly, once I find PSP game files to use.

Since I’ve had this issue with Gamma before finding out about its issues with ads, tracking info, etc., how does one save progress on PPSSPP? Just want to make sure I don’t lose my progress.

In regard to RetroArch, does it do anything more than just play arcade machine games? If so, what?

The system on RetroArch is way more in depth than what say Delta is. How do I go about getting RetroArch to work properly? I know the one arcade game I want to get is WWF WrestleFest, which I don’t know if it works or not on, but trying to find out so I can work on getting it set up for future use.
