Convert PS Store games to ISO?

Convert PS Store games to ISO?
Just wondering if there is a way to either convert the game files from PlayStation Store to an ISO format or to another compatible format if applicable, OR if there is a way to run said files without conversion.

Look for tool called "npdpc".
