Persona 2 Eternal Punishment English PSP Level Modifier Cheat Code

Does anyone have a cheat code to modify the level for Tatsuya? I’ve been playing the game with cheats and I’ve been softlocked in Newgame+ because Tatsuya is level 0 (didn’t happen in first playthrough).
If there isn’t a code for it, does someone have a save file for the game instead?
Specifically after the Aerospace Museum with Elly’s route completed.
