Question Local LAN Multiplayer Problem PC (Host) to Nintendo Switch for Dissidia 012
I followed all of the steps and we manage to connect to the same room in Group Play. Everything goes smoothly: we pick the mode, characters, etc. When we both select begin, we receive the error message: "Communications were disconnected. Returning to Lobby." Not sure what I'm doing wrong here. The devices are connected to the same network. The IP address and port offset are the same. The PC has the "Enable built-in PRO as hoc server" ticked, and the Nintendo Switch does not have it ticked. I've tried with and without "Forced first connect". I've tried restarting both devices. Not really sure what else to do :(

Screenshots of settings and error message are attached.

Have you tried enabling "Force real clock sync" on System settings? this option can make a more stable multiplayer on some games

Also, tried to disabled all VFPU_ on Tools -> Developer Tools -> JIT debug tools (ie. ticked = disabled), in case there are floating point difference across architecture.

Didn't seem to work. Maybe it's just an issue with Dissidia? Or are Switch and PC not compatible?

Yeah this game never worked well even on PC only...
It desyncs but once I remember getting it to almost finish 1 round.

There were desync issue when playing some games (ie. Dissidia 012, Gundam games, and a few more) across platform/architecture in the past (ie. Android/ARM vs PC/x86), so may be Switch also have the same issue, but they usually occurred during battle (ie. when someone received an attack), while your issue is at the start of battle.
