Android 11, D-pad and analogs doesn't work

Hi,
I have a problem with my Poco F2 Pro phone, with Android 11 version.
When it was in 10 version, I use a PS4 Bluetooth controller with no problems, the left analog and the D-pad, works perfectly, but when I update the phone, this controls stop working.. Is not a problem with the configuration, because I can change or configure "start, select, L1, R1, square, X, triangle, O..", except left analog and D-pad as I said..
Any idea?, I don't find any solution anywhere..

Hi there. I have found the solution in a post from HTCMania (https://www.htcmania.com/forumdisplay.php?f=2947). Thanks to the user "valenparra", who comments that for the mobile phone model -Poco F2 Pro-, the "one-hand mode" must be deactivated.
