Notes: It only makes it to the "Now Loading..." screen. It flashes the whole time so the game isn't frozen
Neo Geo games run fine for me

Never mind, I figured out what the issue was. With TurboGrafx-16/PC Engine games you have to also put the DLC folder in the \memstick\PSP\GAME folder and then the ISO will work. The ISO will not work on its own
