Tekken 5 wobbly graphics?

I'm on pc trying to play tekken 5 but anything 3d, so not the menus and ui stuff kind of vibrates, how do i fix this

Start by learning the rules of this forums, primary the one about one thread per game, once you do so, learn how to use forum search and find the existing thread for this game.

Finally once you're there, you'll find a patch to disable game effect causing this as this is a properly working effect which made use of a really awful PSP display with ghosting which effectively resulted in smoothing out geometry by applying slight offsets every other frame.
