Can add real PSP startup?

Okay i ever wondered if PPSSPP just a normal app to play PSP game...:| but something i thought might be great......(read title)?!!.....it so great untill i am want to send a lot of email to henrik to add real PSP startup...in next PPSSPP update so....please
