A Fps limiter option like in Dolphin emulator
Some games like Hack//Link or Naruto Ultimate Ninja Heroes 3 have a bug in framerate, because the fps counter show 60 but the game feels like its running at 20 fps.
So If i put the framelimiter at 80 or 90, this two games will run better, but this option isn´t available in PPSSPP

Can you add this option to PPSSPP?

Man, use program called Dxtory for fps limit. Though Naruto Ultimate Ninja Heroes 3 works with messed up sound when u limit the framerate like that Big Grin
