PPSSPP Freeze Multiplayer - PC -

When I host a server on my android phone, the ad-hoc multiplayer works fine. However, when I try to host on my PC everything freezes. Does anyone know what to do with this? I tried looking for it I can't find it. It's either I'm blind or they don't work.

May be blocked by firewall on windows?

I'm pretty sure i disabled the firewall..

If it's not blocked by firewall, high possibility that some ports being used by the game is already taken by windows/background app.

Try using a different Port Offset (and make sure all players use the same port offset)
