Pro Ad-Hoc server for Linux?

Is there a dedicated ad-hoc server I can run for public support of ppsspp on Ubuntu?

There's no standalone pro adhoc server existing as part of PPSSPP project and there will never be one, but that's because pro adhoc server has nothing to do with PPSSPP project outside of the part that we now have a built-in one in PPSSPP. What you're searching for is called "Aemu", Coldbird released the source code for it long ago and now he keeps it on his github.

or you can enable ppsspp's built-in adhoc server and launch any game to make PPSSPP as a adhoc server.
