buttons don't seem to register as being held down
in vulkan none of the backgrounds seem to work

unsure if there are any fixes for the above, or if there are more issues, going to opengl does fix the background, but not the buttons.

any help or development on this is much appreciated, this is one of my favorite games by another name, a somewhat sequel to frequency and amplitude
