PPSSPP opens with black screen on Windows 10; Top menu works, no drop down options wo
So, this seems to be a rather strange issue.

Whenever I start PPSSPP (either the 32 or 64-bit version, with or without Run as Administrator), the application starts.

I have access to the full menu at the top (Debug, Emulation, etc), but none of the options actually work. I can click on anything in the lists, and nothing shows up anywhere.

Any ideas?
