Please am new here and I want to start playing multiplayer mode of pes 2016 with my friends but I tried when I went to create room option it show connecting to network and nothing happened please someone Should help me I tried with ppsspp gold and ppsspp normal please I need replies

I think you should use these network settings { android versions } :

1) You and your buddies should have same IP addresses example :: 192.168.43.1 ( its mine )

2) You and your buddies should have different Mac addresses

3) Who makes a WiFi hotspot should give his IP address to all other clients and should tick on the adhoc server who makes a WiFi hotspot

4) And last thing Port Offset to 5000....(sorry I forgot it...:-P

Try these network settings and reply....
