is there any graphic packs for games on ppsspp?? also will the developer work on a ps vita emulator?

Almost no GFX packs. Some people are making them for few games.

And no, developer will not work on PSVita emulator.
There is already PSVita emulator in the works.

Yeah, graphic packs are something that...are basically texture packs, since you can modify a few effects on games, and that's it. If you even know what you are doing.

But yeah, what you are probably looking is for Texture Packs, there are 3 in this forum already, namely GTA Vice City and Liberty City Stories, Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep and Persona 3 Portable. There is a Crisis Core one out there, but not here.

And you are probably looking for Vita3K.
