Record Display bugs

Hi. I recently used the Record Display functionality of PPSSPP to make a few videos and ran into a couple of bugs(using the most recent PPSSPP build v1.4.2-438 on Windows 7):

If you reset a game the record display option no longer works until you stop and restart a game. This bug can be found in all builds since 1.3(the earliest build I have with the record option).

And somewhere between 1.3 and 1.4(links to in-between builds are no longer available) another bug was introduced that messes with the frame order in videos recorded (in games that run) at 30 FPS. 60 FPS recordings are not affected.

The latest builds work fine on that page, but links to older builds don't work.
