Network Issue

Hello everyone.

I just want to know if there are any know network card issues. In the past few days a friend and i tried to play online but there is always a short stutter when he joins and it repeats evry 30 sec. We use Hamachi all is set up and ppsspp works fine when i play solo. It happens in all multplayer games. My networkcard is Intel 82579V Gigabit

P.S.: i also installed ppsspp on my netbook and there it works fine without any stutter also with the same settings as on the PC
