And sorry I am using PPSSPP on laptop only so I use the default settings.

And game region is very important in order to eliminate desync problem , I've seen another guy mentioning that having different game region causes this problem in TTT.
Game region means whether it is USA , JPN OR EUR version of the game.



^ As you can see , I have USA version of the game , game ID is ULUS10537 . ULUS means USA.
You can also find your game's region by looking at the name of game's savedata folder.
So make sure both of you have the same region.

Which ppsspp do u recommend normal or gold actually i have both installed gold is updated but normal ppsspp is not updated which one should i use??

What do you mean by updated? You can get latest normal PPSSPP from their website I suppose. Also Gold and normal PPSSPP has absolutely no difference. Gold is just to support the developer.
