Some games wont work

Hi there im new to the ppsspp so i dont know the settings much. Here is the problem: im using ppsspp on windows 7, 34 bit and i have tactics ogre and ffwotl and both doesnt work. In tactics ogre after they ask my name the app stops working and asks me to close it. On ffwotl i cant get to the main menu because the screen turns black. Please help. Im using the latest version of ppsspp
