PPSSPP not working on start-up

Hello, When I am running PPSSPP it loads the text correctly but when it disappears,
the moving icons in the background freeze and the menu does not appear. I can interact with the menu above but when I try to load a game nothing happens and the program stops working. When I exit the program a messege shows up and says: "Wait for EmuThread has timed out". I have tried all the versions available on the download page and no one worked. I deleted the INI file and that didn't work either.

If someone could help me fix this problem he as my thanks.
