Hello ! I am trying to run this game on version v0.9.6-481-g5508e62 on my iPhone 4s and I too am receiving missing images just like OP displayed in the screenshots . What can I do to fix this ?

Well, I don't have the game. Probably we broke it several versions ago. The more you could help to narrow it down (test it on Windows with 0.9, for example), the better.
