It's using a default folder at storage/emulated/0/PSP. How do I navigate to there on android? I can't see the folder in explorer. Please help, I don't wan to have to return the app.

It's in internal, and I can't navigate to it in windows explorer so I can't add games/dlc/saves.

Just look for the PSP folder on your device from Windows Explorer. Ignore the storage/emulated/0 part.
