What's wrong with my console?

Hello, everyone,
I've just received my jxd s7800b.
The tablet generates micro sound interruptions when reading film on TV.
I go through the HDMI (short cable).
I tried different players but nothing helps.
Do you have a solution?

My suggestion is turn to their official site( jxdofficial.com) for help because if you fail to figure it out you may screw all this up. So just ask the most professional person to help you out. Good luck.
