s4 zoom fps problem

Hi everyone. I have a s4 zoom (cm-101 code)
1.5 ghz dual core smsng exynos cpu
mali 400 gpu
1.5gb ram
8gb internal
i cant playing g.o.w ghost of sparta. When i starting game, it was very laggy and smooth max 8-9fps. What is this problem? I try everthing.
