[Win32] DLL error when opening the emulator

I cant open my PPSSPP gold why is that?
It keeps on saying "The program can't start because MSVCP100.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem"

What should I do? Im using windows 7

Sounds like you're running an old version, but in any case: MSVCP100 is found in these runtimes:
VS 2010 x86
VS 2010 x64

You'll probably want to install these too (x86 or x64, not ARM) if you upgrade, to avoid a future error regarding MSVCP120.dll, as they're required for 0.9.8 and later:
