What is your graphics card? Either it's to old to support OpenGL 2.0 and wont work, or you need to update your graphics card drivers.

Thanks I just got the original fonts from PSP and now it looks alright, didn't realize the ones that come with PPSSPP were that bad.

I notice the same thing turning off mipmapping fixes it for some reason its not getting along with texture scaling
