Updated main post, now this game reaches the main menu (as #1532 was resolved) in PPSSPP v0.7.6 (r164). Added some screenshot about the game settings, I'll post a new log and video later.

Updated main post, audio works 100% it was simply disabled by default in the game settings. Found a problem where the game freezes, I'll post a log later.
