hmm... i dont think is possible... but, alternative way (for me) is, make each game with its own PPSSPP program. well, i mean use one PPSSPP specific for that game, and another copy of PPSSPP for ot...

i believe, with my feeling, your spec is good enough, since is more powerful than legend Sony Erricson Xperia Play (has only single-core cpu with single-core Adreno 205, which isnt bad in olden years)...

i do have this problems before and i think i know the source normally, this was cause of lack of OpenGL 2.0 maybe, you are not using supported openGL 2.0 graphic or not to latest opengl version drive...
