It seems v0.9.8-58-gb174996 solved all black texture problems. I noticed some Z errors in a few stages but after playing both 15 stage continuous modes I can say the game is now fully playable.

Thanks for the answers. Don't worry about CCC, I prefer ATi tray tools instead. I just remembered that Supermodel 3 emulator worked better with some old catalyst version.

Great thread! The 20/30fps internal cap is a very annoying "feature" in most console games. Can't wait for more codes.
