Never mind, figured out what the problem was. Disable Simulated UMD Delay or else the animated cutscenes don't play and gets skipped.

Any idea why this game is so intensive on CPU? I didn't think this would lag so badly. Playing on Android and the game is unplayable unless the frameskip is set to 5 or higher. I'm sure it's playable...
