iPhone 4S here and I don't have any problems with this game. It works at ~95% speed in a battle and 100% in menus with the same PPSSPP version. |

Would Classic Controller (Wii) support be possible? Emulators like Snes9x EX+ have it. Blutrol only has support for the Wiimote alone, and it doesn't have even enough buttons. |

Linear filtering has that problem in every game, but in SFA3 is way worse. If you want "better graphics", you can enable Texture Scaling, but the game will have some hiccups.
