People shouldn't really post codes that make the speed double. Post only if the gameplay is at 60 FPS.

PPSSPP just needs to get an option for fullscreen mode. Idk why it still isn't available. Games will work faster, the input lag is gonna be less and we're gonna be able to take fullscreen pictures.

It happens when you launch the emulator but its fixed now, at least with one of the 1.5.4 nighly builds. On a side note, v1.5.4-19-gcf5ede493 is corrupted when you download it. Maybe some github error...

Anybody know how to fix the error? Vulkan worked fine with the older 1.4 build but on 1.5.2 it gives me that error, not sure why. GTX 960 is the GPU i'm using but i do have my integrated GPU drivers ...

You probably don't have a GPU, chipset more likely and a super sucky one. If you posted the specs/laptop version we could tell you if it sucks or if it doesn't.
