how about adding in how to use TortoiseGit for people that don't want to use Gitbash

ppsspp-v0.8.1-734-g9c73528-windows-amd64 the developers screens are blank now but you can hear the sound then it crashes after that because of the at3plusdecoder64.dll running on Windows 7
