This will surely run slower than Gs3/note2 because cpu is slow (Cortex A7) and ppsspp can't use more than 2 cores. |

Yep I simply disabled it in the FragmentShaderGenerator.cpp, I consider it stock ppsspp since the change is insignificant so I didn't release source. Should I?

Cortex A7 is a little less powerful than cortex A9 clock by clock so perf should be similar to [email protected],0ghz, quad core doesn't make a difference in ppsspp (but dual will in the future).
Gpu is quite good... |

I also have 60fps in windows (during gameplay, cutscenes are a little slower) with an Amd/Ati video card (no threaded optimizations) and an i3 2100 3,1ghz. |

I think 3ds has a too slow cpu to play ppsspp, it has got only a dual core arm11 at 268MHz, so very very slow. |

I have a dual core cortex A9 like galaxy s2 and I overclocked it at 1,3ghz (vs 1,2ghz in gs2), I don't think I'm gpu-limited in this game.

Just to be sure that cpu is working at max frequency try installing "Cool Tool" from the market, it will show an osd that tells you the current cpu freq.
